Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Tennessee
• Minimum of 3 years of ICU and CCU nursing experience
• Prior travel nurse experience with at least 2 completed travel assignments
• Current ACLS, BLS, HWC, and NIH certifications
• Experience using Meditech electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
• Ability to care for patients across all age groups in a fast-paced critical care setting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to ICU and CCU patients
• Monitor patient status closely and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in Meditech
• Support unit workflow through flexible scheduling, including weekends, call, and float assignments as needed
• Maintain a professional, compassionate presence while delivering exceptional critical care
