Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position requiring 2+ years of total patient care experience in a 31-bed ICU.

Details

• 13-week ICU assignment on night shift (7p-7a), every other weekend
• 31-bed ICU with 2:1 patient ratio
• Total patient care scope in the ICU setting
• Uses Cerner EMR
• No call requirements
• No floating required
• No block scheduling

Requirements

• Active TN or compact RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• 2+ years of recent ICU experience required
• Total patient care experience in an ICU setting required
• CVT open heart experience preferred
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Royal blue scrubs required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered
• Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
