Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within an ICU float pool, adapting to varying unit needs across the facility
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in North Carolina or a compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Ability to float to multiple ICU units as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Experience working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
• Familiarity with a high-volume or Level I/II trauma center environment
