Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU RN experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to secure housing prior to assignment acceptance
• Experience in a high-acuity critical care or intensive care unit setting
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient condition and respond quickly to changes in status
• Administer medications, manage treatments, and support complex care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to promote optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
