Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Cerner experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and deliver reliable, high-quality patient care
• Travel readiness and eligibility for an assignment more than 50 miles from your permanent residence

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately to evolving clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to established critical care protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compassionate patient care environment
• Adapt quickly to unit workflows and contribute to a positive team culture
