**Exciting ICU Travel RN Opportunity!** **Job Description** - **Location:** Chattanooga, TN - **Unit Name:** ICU - **Cost Center:** 650 - **Shift:** 7:00PM - 7:00AM **Unit Specifics:** - **Number of Beds:** 9 - **Patient Ratios:** 2:1 and 3:1 - **Staffing:** All RN staff, with unit secretaries and techs available - **Equipment:** Ventilators, Alaris IV pumps, GE monitors - **Documentation:** Meditech - **Scheduling:** Self-scheduling with manager oversight, including 3-4 weekend shifts per schedule - **Floating Policy:** All staff, including Travel RNs, may float to Med-Surg or ED for critical staffing needs - **Patient Experience:** AIDET, BSSR (Bedside Shift Report), Press Ganey goals >75% **Hospital Specifics:** - **Certifications:** Chest Pain Center, Stroke Accreditation **Hiring Profile:** - **Requested Skill Set:** - **Must Have:** ICU experience (>2 years), teamwork skills, new grad RN support - **Advanced Skills Needed:** Ventilator, IV drip titration, arterial line management - **Procedures Performed:** Intubation, central line insertions, arterial line insertions - **Certifications Required:** BLS, ACLS, NIHSS **Dress Code:** - Required uniform: Navy Blue Scrubs **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
