Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with Cerner preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a high-acuity intensive care unit

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status closely and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to ICU standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support optimal outcomes
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
