Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of ICU nursing experience or acute care nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Cerner experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and time-management skills
• Ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced ICU environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to critically ill patients
• Monitor patient status, respond quickly to changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
