• Number of Beds: 10

• Number of Staff: 12

• Patient Ratio: 1:4–5

Night Shift – 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• 1 Charge RN

• 1 PM RN

• Hill-Rom beds

• Omnicell

• Client EKG machine

• LifePak 20E defibrillator

• LUCAS device

• Verathon bladder scanner

Hiring Profile

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience

• Strong critical-care assessment and clinical judgment skills

Preferred Experience

• Previous Charge RN experience

• Ability to multitask and work independently

Typical Procedures / Patient Care

• STEMI protocol

• Stroke protocol

• Conscious sedation

• Chest tubes

• Code response

• Intubation
