Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
• Current RN license in good standing
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with ICU-level procedures such as CRRT, intubations, and line placements preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and meet scheduling requirements
• Comfort working in a high-acuity, fast-paced critical care environment with floating as needed
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to ICU patients with complex medical needs
• Monitor patient status closely and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Assist with critical care procedures and collaborate with physicians and the care team
• Document patient care accurately in the Meditech EMR system
• Maintain safe, efficient patient ratios and uphold unit standards
• Support a culture of excellence, teamwork, and positive patient experience
• Adapt to unit needs while contributing to a newly refreshed, well-equipped ICU environment
