Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting, monitoring and managing critically ill patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans for ICU patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and changes in condition in the electronic health record
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate emergency interventions as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Ability to work night shift hours (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Must meet travel contract requirements and be available for a 13-week assignment beginning August 2026

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a fast-paced acute care or Level II+ hospital environment
• Familiarity with interventional cardiology or stroke care protocols
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
