Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), with option for 36 or 48 hours per week. Patient ratio of 1:2. Weekend coverage required (6 weekend shifts per schedule period). Floating may be required to Medical-Surgical, Stepdown, PCU, Emergency Department, or CVICU units with a maximum of 4 patients when floating.

• Pending New Mexico or Compact state license accepted (must be obtained prior to start date)
• Orientation provided with 24-36 hours of onboarding support

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (New Mexico or Compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience with 1:2 patient ratio experience
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS required
• Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive drips, arterial line management, central line care, and critical care procedures
• Proficiency in managing patients with multisystem organ dysfunction, blood product administration, and continuous IV sedation
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
• Ability to complete required lab work within 48 business hours of contract signing
