Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience
• Experience in an ICU or similarly acute care setting
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Comfort with floating to stepdown as needed
• Ability to start as scheduled and meet all submission requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to ICU patients with varying levels of acuity
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond appropriately to critical care needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to care plans and hospital protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the care team to support effective patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR
• Support patient and family communication with professionalism, empathy, and compassion
• Adapt to floating responsibilities when needed within the clinical setting
