Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced critical care and acute care environment
• Travel nursing flexibility, professionalism, and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions according to the plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members to support patient outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, procedures, and care delivered throughout the shift
• Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered care environment
