Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is looking for an RN - ICU to start right away in Utica, NY.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in a 42-bed ICU, including Neuro/Med, CTICU, and Surg/Trauma units.
• Manage and operate specialty equipment such as IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage), Ventriculostomy, and ICP monitoring.
• Float between units as required, excluding Behavioral and ER units.
• Handle common patient diagnoses including strokes, sepsis, respiratory failure, and cardiogenic shock.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience; 4-5 years preferred.
• Current AHA ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Proficient in EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
