This position offers rotation shifts and requires floating to medical-surgical units as needed.

- Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (0700-1900 & 1900-0700), minimum 48 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ACLS (American Heart Association), BLS (American Heart Association); minimum 2 years ICU experience; RN license required; no BSN requirement; must have worked for Marshfield at least 6 months prior to submission if applicable.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Critical Access or Trauma Level 3 or 4 facilities, or rural setting experience, with comfort floating to medical-surgical units and troubleshooting ventilator equipment.
- Responsibilities: Managing ventilator-dependent patients, titrating drips such as Levophed, propofol, and insulin, performing strip verification, and participating in patient care within a resource-limited environment.
- Additional Information: Limited onsite resources, 24/7 respiratory therapy availability, in-unit monitor verification from 0700-1900, and orientation includes computer education and shadowing.
- Submission Requirements: Must note if clinician has ever worked for Marshfield with an end date at least 6 months prior to submission.
