Job Details

  • Shift: Nights (7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
  • Schedule: 3, 12-hour shifts per week, totaling 36 hours
  • Required Qualifications: Washington State / Compact Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications Adherence to organizational policies and unit standards Consistent compliance with the Washington Nurse Practice Act and current legal nursing practices May be required to float as a sitter in rotation
  • Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process and unit standards Develop, implement, and reassess patient care plans Administer medications and perform nursing procedures/treatments Evaluate discharge plans and educational needs Document assessments, care provided, and patient responses accurately Collect and analyze patient information to ensure safe, effective care Conduct holistic patient assessments and respond appropriately Determine and execute nursing actions to meet patient care goals, including physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs Educate patients and families with timely health information and written materials Maintain knowledge of workflows, procedures, and evidence-based practices Delegate tasks appropriately and oversee assistive personnel Participate in performance improvement initiatives Communicate effectively with the healthcare team Ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and patients
