Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing, 0 years minimum experience, and experience or training in CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy), Impella, and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) preferred
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in adult ICU critical care, certification in critical care nursing (mandatory or preferred based on facility needs)
Additional Information: The role requires staffing coverage on weekends and holidays to meet operational needs. No float rotation required.
