Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at a leading acute-care hospital in Boston, MA. We are seeking skilled RNs with a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with guaranteed hours, perfect for those looking to make a difference in critical care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
  • Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

Requirements:

  • Current Massachusetts RN license.
  • CPR-AHA and ACLS-AHA certification.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience in a Level I trauma center.
  • Ability to float to Medical ICU as needed.
  • All RTO requests must be presented at the time of submission; no more than three days of RTO will be accepted, and no holiday RTO will be approved.

Additional Information:

  • Orientation is held weekly (every Monday barring a holiday).
  • Parking can cost up to $43/day in some cases.
