Job Details
- Position Description: The RN maintains the delivery of quality care by following established nursing care plans. Responsible for supervising Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees, while promoting patient and employee safety.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS and ACLS are required prior to the first shift. Less than one year of bedside clinical experience is needed.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, initiates discharge planning, and provides patient education. Ensures patient safety and participates in team activities to promote a positive work environment.
