Job Details
- Certifications: CA RN Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS (within 180 days of hire), TNCC (within 180 days of hire), NIHSS (within 90 days).
- Education Requirements: Valid CA RN license.
- Experience Requirement: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in an ICU setting.
- Location Requirements: California license required.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with arterial line management, ventilated patients, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced emergency procedures.
- Responsibilities: Delivering high-acuity patient care, managing complex medical equipment, collaborating with healthcare teams, and adhering to clinical protocols.
- Additional Information: Must complete required certifications within specified timeframes, comply with onboarding, and provide accurate work history.
