Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position is located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This role involves providing critical care to patients within a 20-bed unit, with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:2. The position requires candidates to be flexible in floating to progressive care units as needed and to meet the unit's specific clinical and operational requirements.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: 2 years current Critical Care experience, Massachusetts Registered Nurse license (must be uploaded with profile), American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); willingness to float; experience with Meditech Expanse strongly preferred; Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; candidate must have own vehicle; all RTO requests must be included at submission.

- Additional Information:
- Requesting travelers to include perm address during profile upload; travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
- Requests for scheduling or RTO after offer or during interview are not accepted.
- Travelers must be willing to float to progressive care units when needed.
- All required documentation, including supervisory reference, Massachusetts RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, must be uploaded with the profile prior to submission.
