Job Summary
An ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Minnesota. This role involves providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to critically ill adults and geriatric patients in a hospital setting. The RN will be responsible for executing nursing standards, coordinating care, and developing individualized treatment plans while ensuring high-quality customer care.

Job Details

  • Certifications and Education Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications; Minnesota state license.
  • Experience Requirements: 1+ years of experience in ICU nursing with documentation of relevant skills and work history.
  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Responsibilities: Providing holistic patient care, assessing patient needs, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. May be required to float to other ICU units and medical/surgical units if needed.
  • Required Qualifications: Experience with Epic electronic health record system; current pertinent skills checklist; two supervisory references with employment dates listed; work eligibility in the USA.
