  • Additional Information: Orientation dates are scheduled for 8/31, 9/14, 9/21, and 9/28, with no orientation on 9/7 due to Labor Day. No time off is approved from 9/19 to 10/17 due to Epic Go Live. The facility is a 21-bed unit with ratios of 1-2, and staff are required to wear navy scrubs. EMR system used is Cerner. The unit makes its own schedule.
