Job Details
- Position Type: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

- Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of a school of nursing; current RN license in state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor within 6 months of hire or transfer; One-year recent acute care RN experience in an operating room
- Responsibilities include ensuring patient needs are met, maintaining a quiet environment, promoting teamwork, upholding patient and staff privacy, accurate documentation, following infection control guidelines, conducting assessments, recognizing emergencies, administering medications, and participating in staff education and training
- Essential Skills include documentation, emergency response, medication administration, and patient education
- Additional Information: All associates must receive required vaccinations, with medical or religious exemptions possible; Adventist Health participates in E-Verify.
