Job Details:
- Position Description: This RN role requires delivering patient-centric care in the ICU, with responsibilities including evaluating patient needs, developing and updating care plans, and providing direct care based on physician orders and policy standards. The nurse will also supervise licensed and non-licensed personnel, document clinical activities, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice or a valid RN license through reciprocity/compact, along with BLS certification. Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months in the specialty area is preferred.
- Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week. Weekend and holiday rotation; may include call and float to support units.
