Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position is located in Newton, Massachusetts. This role involves providing specialized critical care in a high-acuity environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert clinical skills and compassionate care. The position requires adherence to hospital policies and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient services.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., with weekends and rotating holidays.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, ICU experience of at least 3 years, and compliance with hospital-specific policies.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic medical records and advanced ventilator management skills.
  • Additional Information: Intensive Care Unit experience is required to handle critically ill patients, administer complex treatments, and monitor patient vital signs closely. Candidates should demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
