ICU Registered Nurse (RN) A hospital-based ICU located in southeastern Washington, serving the Tri-Cities area. This role involves providing specialized intensive care to adult patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory issues, and some cardiac and trauma cases. The position offers a block schedule of 12-hour night shifts.

Job Details

  • Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, from 09/28/2026 to 11/28/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, ACLS certification, BLS certification, 0 to 2 years of experience in ICU settings, working knowledge of electronic health records (Paragon)
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Medical Intensive Care Unit, TNCC certification
  • Float: Float rotation may be required
  • Additional Information: The ICU unit has 14 beds with patient ratios of 1:2 for registered nurses. Equipment includes occasional use of intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP). The unit primarily cares for adult patients with medical ICU needs, including sepsis, respiratory issues, cardiac, and trauma cases. Candidates should have a team-oriented personality and a commitment to best practices. Scrub color is not specified, and there is no dress code restriction. This is a replacement of permanent staff position.
