Job Summary
ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse located in the area. This position involves providing specialized patient care within the ICU, including managing ventilators, Bipap, Airvo, and other advanced respiratory support. The role requires delivering high-quality critical care across multiple units with a focus on patient safety and clinical excellence.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active Iowa (IA) license or compact/multistate license, 24 months of recent/current ICU experience, current certifications including AHA/ARC/Red Cross ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS (preferred, can be obtained during onboarding).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for vent, bipap, airvo, bariatric surgery, and general surgery patients; EPIC experience; active NIHSS certificate; certification in trauma nursing core competency (TNCC).
- Additional Information: Must have ability to care for 2-5 patients; recent travel experience within the previous 24 months required; work history must include 24 months of current ICU experience.
