Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position available in an acute care setting. The role involves providing continuous monitoring and specialized care for patients with critical conditions requiring advanced nursing skills. The ICU RN is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans, acting as a patient advocate, and educating patients and their families on self-care. This position requires technical proficiency with nursing procedures and equipment, along with the ability to support patients and families through complex clinical situations.

The position requires flexibility to work day, evening, or night shifts, including weekends and holidays, with occasional overtime expected. Orientation includes 8 hours of non-billable training.
