**Join Our Dynamic ICU Team!** **Job Description:** - **Unit Profile:** - Floor: 1 - Trauma Level: IV - **Position Information:** - Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Number of Openings: 1 - Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Weekend Hours: Rotating weekends - Call Requirements: May be placed on call for scheduled shift during low census - **Required Certifications:** - ACLS - BLS - **Experience Requirements:** - Years of Experience: 1-2 - **Float Requirements:** - May be required to float to Medical Surgical (MS) when census is low in ICU - **Unit Information:** - Number of Beds: 6 - Patient Ratios: 1:2 - Equipment: Telemetry monitor, VS machines, bladder scanner, ultrasound for IV, Doppler, vents, bipaps - EHR: MedHost - **Supervisor:** - Jeannette Gilbreath - **Patient Population:** - Adult and Geriatrics (no pediatrics) - **Hiring Profile:** - Must Have Skills/Experience: - Vent and Bipap management - Critical care drips - Preferred Skillset/Experience: - Common Diagnosis/Treatment: - CHF - AFIB RVR - DKA - PNA - Sepsis - Personality Fit: - Team-oriented - Family-oriented unit environment - Positive attitude - Ability to adjust to provider needs - **Required Education:** - RN - **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Any - Any Unacceptable Attire: N/A **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
