Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position located in the area. This role involves providing critical nursing care to patients with complex health conditions such as sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic kidney disease, substance abuse, and neurological emergencies including status epilepticus and encephalopathy. The position requires at least two years of experience in similar settings and is suited for experienced healthcare professionals comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications include Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in Intensive Care Unit or similar critical care environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing ventilated patients, performing arterial dips, and working in high-acuity ICU settings.
  • Additional Information: The role involves caring for patients with diverse and complex conditions, requiring strong assessment, critical thinking, and multitasking skills. Candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced clinical environment and demonstrate proficiency in providing comprehensive critical care.
