Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU/PCU Nights position requiring 3+ years of experience and a WA or compact RN license.

Details

• 25-bed Critical Access Hospital setting covering ICU and PCU units
• Night shift schedule
• Must float to Med-Surg Unit as needed
• Patient population includes ICU, PCU/Telemetry, and Med-Surg patients

Requirements

• Active WA State or Multi-State RN license required
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience in ICU, PCU, and Med-Surg areas required

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care including education, safety monitoring, and infection control measures
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment across PCU, Telemetry, and Med-Surg areas
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status, interventions, and physician orders
• Communicate effectively with oncoming staff and other departments during shift changes
• Report critical lab values to physicians according to policy
• Maintain and restock emergency carts and general supplies
