Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit Float (ICU FLOAT) Location: Not Specified. This position involves providing critical care in various ICU environments, including neuro/trauma surgical intensive care units, medical intensive care units, clinical and neonatal intensive care units, and emergency department and post-anesthesia care units awaiting bed placement. The role requires adaptable, experienced healthcare professionals capable of delivering high-quality patient care across multiple ICU disciplines.
Job Details
- Certifications/Education/Experience: RNs with level I trauma center experience, Epic experience required, must have previous travel experience, and be comfortable caring for ICU patients in diverse settings. Candidates should have a minimum of 0 years of experience.
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Must have Epic experience, RN license, and previous travel experience. Candidates must have previous ICU experience, preferably in a level I trauma center, and be comfortable floating to different ICU environments including neuro/trauma, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, and ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU. Competency test required within 24 hours of submission, sent via email.
- Additional Information: Competency test must be completed within 24 hours of application. Candidates must provide an up-to-date email for communication.
