• Ability to complete required onboarding and clinical compliance items

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to clinical protocols
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Promote patient safety, comfort, and high-quality outcomes in a high-acuity critical care setting
