Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ICU Registered Nurse in Mission Viejo, CA. As part of the Float Pool Pod A, you will have the chance to float between different ICU floors and potentially lower acuity units, ensuring that you are adaptable and ready to meet the needs of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float to various ICU floors and lower acuity units as needed.
• Work a minimum of every other weekend, with the possibility of exceeding this requirement to meet unit needs.
• Be open to working 3 out of 5 major holidays.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience required; first-timers accepted.
• Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH.
• No on-call requirement.
• Must include any RTO restrictions at the time of submission.
• Guaranteed hours: the facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period.
