HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN House Supervisor for a travel nursing job in Orange, California.
Job Description & Requirements

Essential Job Functions:
Facilitates and assigns appropriate bed placements for intra- and inter-facility admissions and transfers.
Coordinates closely with nursing units, case management, physicians, and other departments to ensure
timely and appropriate transitions of care. Continuously monitors patient census and bed availability to
anticipate needs, resolve placement delays, and identify discharge barriers to support hospital throughput.
Serves as the central liaison between the Emergency Department, peri operative services, inpatient units,
capacity management teams, operations, physicians, and case managers to align placement decisions
with operational priorities. Actively collaborates to resolve conflicts, prioritize high-acuity patients, and
ensure efficient bed utilization.
