***The shifts can be either 730-330/330 to 1130 and 1130 to 730*** As a House Supervisor, you will oversee the operations of a 311+ bed facility, coordinating with the nursing staff across various units including the Emergency Department and ICU. You will manage staffing through a centralized office, ensuring optimal care delivery. Flexibility in scheduling is crucial, especially during weekends and holidays. Certifications in ACLS and BLS are required, and experience in inpatient acute care is essential. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards in patient care and safety.
