Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Hospice RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with terminal or chronic illnesses.

Requirements:

Active Vermont and New Hampshire RN licenses OR an unencumbered Compact RN license.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
BLS required.

Pay Bifurcation: Taxable: $1380.00 Non-Taxable: $1806.00 Total Gross: $3186.00
