Shift: Days, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (flexible schedule)
Requirements:
- 1+ year of RN Hospice experience; 2 years preferred
- Home Health/Hospice experience
- BLS and active MO/Compact RN license; KS license preferred
- Epic charting experience preferred
- Reliable transportation required
Additional Details:
- Home hospice visits; manage a caseload of 14-16 patients or assist case managers with routine visits
- Patients typically seen 1-2 times per week
- On-call: 1 night every other week
- Service area includes parts of MO and KS
- First-time travelers accepted
- No local candidates within 75 miles
- Pending licenses not accepted
- RTO limited to 7 days
- Navy blue scrubs
- Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions allowed
