Requirements:
- 2+ years Home Health RN experience
- Minimum 1-year previous Home Health travel RN experience
- Recent OASIS experience required
- BLS required
- Active CA RN license required
- Strong assessment & high-volume caseload experience
- OASIS exam required before interview
Additional:
- 5-6 patients/day
- LA County territory | 5–20-mile radius
- 1 full weekend + 1 additional weekend shift every 6 weeks
- Mileage reimbursed per IRS standard
- No on-call
- Locals accepted
- Must start at 8:00 AM and work the full 8-hour shift
- Wound care & PICC dressing changes required
