Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health RN with recent OASIS and HCHB EMR experience for a geriatric caseload in the Marion, OH territory.

Details

  • Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
  • Caseload averages 5-7 patients per day, to be confirmed during interview
  • Monday-Friday day shift schedule (8a-5p)
  • Rotating on-call responsibilities approximately every 8th weekend covering Saturday and Sunday 8a-5p
  • Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office
  • Uses HCHB EMR system
  • Flexibility with territory coverage expected

Requirements

  • Active OH or compact RN license in hand
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience required
  • Recent OASIS experience required
  • Recent HCHB EMR experience required

Additional Information

  • Timely documentation required, with charting completed by 9a the following morning
  • Timely communication with the care team required
  • Scrubs required in any color, no jeans permitted
  • iPad provided for documentation; personal cell phone not required
  • Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
  • Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
  • First-time travelers not accepted for this position
