Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in New Lenox, Illinois.
Home Health experience required
Active BLS or willing to obtain
Valid Driver’s License + car insurance
Active Illinois RN License
COVID & Flu vaccination required — declinations not accepted
OASIS & Start of Care experience strongly preferred
Strong Med/Surg experience may be considered with some Home Health experience
Local candidates encouraged
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and update Plans of Care
• Complete OASIS documentation
• Provide patient/family/caregiver education
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Supervise CNAs and assigned healthcare workers
• Complete accurate documentation according to regulatory guidelines
• Establish discharge plans and ensure safe patient care
