Job Details:

  • Schedule: 8-hour days with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Oregon or Washington nursing license, at least 1 year of skilled home health experience, BCLS certification, and experience with the Epic charting system.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with wound care, medication assessment and management, and familiarity with the EPIC Electronic Patient Record system.
  • Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: The traveler is expected to have own transportation. Occasional drives up to approximately 60 miles per day are expected, with good client grouping to minimize drive time. The role involves working in adult and geriatric patient populations, focusing on wound care, disease management, and other complex clinical procedures. Attire is business casual; scrubs are optional. All travelers should have their primary series COVID-19 vaccination plus one booster.
