Job Details:

  • Schedule: 8-hour days shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Oregon and Washington licensure, at least 1 year of skilled hospice experience, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, open to first-time travelers, must have own reliable transportation
  • Additional Information: The traveler is expected to have their own transportation and must serve patients in both Oregon and Washington, near the border. The facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s shifts. The role involves minimal drive time due to efficient patient grouping, with occasional maximum travel radius of approximately 50 miles. The position does not require on-call duties or weekend work. The facility supports interpretation services and social work support. Travelers should be flexible to float within the facility as needed and must be prepared to meet the point expectations for the role.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of hospice experience preferred; a minimum of 0 years is acceptable for other qualifications
  • Additional Requirements: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission; valid Allied license in hand if applicable. References covering at least 1 year within the past 3 years are required.
