The Opportunity

Physical Therapist (PT) | Home Health | Oregon City, OR

• Evaluate patients in their homes and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Provide gait training, therapeutic exercises, and fall prevention interventions.
• Support patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes.
