• General Information: • Minimum Experience: 1 year of acute care experience required • Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, with above experience • Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: • Wound, Heart Failure, Diabetes, IV antibiotic administration, Foley Catheter and PICC line maintenance, etc. • Required Licensure & Certifications: • BLS • Valid Drivers License • Technology/Equipment: • EMR: Meditech Home Care • Floating: If yes, where? • Traveler will travel throughout the 50-mile radius that we cover • Orientation: • 1 week • Scheduling: • Weekend rotation: One weekend every 4th weekend • On call? If so, what is that schedule? Yes, on call requirements discussed during interview • Holiday Expectations: discussed during interview • RTO: Manager approval • Other notes: • Scrub Color: Blue or Graphite Gray • Parking: Free
