Description

American Traveler is looking for a Home Health Physical Therapist for a 12-week Monday-Friday day shift assignment with no weekends or holidays required.

Details

  • Home Health Certified unit setting
  • Monday through Friday schedule with day shifts from 08:00-17:00
  • No weekend or holiday rotation required
  • Uses EPIC EMR

Requirements

  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required for all direct patient care personnel
  • License required if applicable
  • License or certification verification must be dated within 30 days of start date

Additional Information

  • Provides home health physical therapy services to patients in the community setting
  • First-time travelers may be considered for this position
