Coverage area: 50 miles of Fort Dodge, IA. This OT traveler will average 200-250 miles/week
Experience:
2 years of previous OT experience
EMR EPIC
Current IA OT license
Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required]
Must have own vehicle - Mileage will be reimbursed
