Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
2 years OT experience required Home health experience is helpful but not required! Must have own vehicle - mileage will be reimbursed in addition to gross weekly total pay Average patients per day: 4-6 Patient population: Most patients need short term therapy after hospitalization or nursing home stay (varied reasons for original facility admission) Coverage area: 50 miles of Fort Dodge, IA. Locals not accepted, permanent address must be at least 50 miles away from the facility Health, vision, dental benefits available day 1 of your contract
